Great accommodation, much bigger than we had expected and exceeded our expectations in every way - location, space, heated pool and other amenities. The only thing we'd like to highlight is the noise level on the street side of the house. The windows on the pool side are double glazed, but the street side are not. At night it was really loud which prevented us from getting us a good night sleep (while the others did).

Spacious, private retreat. The pool area is green and tropical and invites you to spend a lot of time there relaxing.
The house is beautiful and lots of room to accomodate all guests. It is a flat kilometre walk to the centre of Byron.
Road noise, as mentioned in other reviews, is real. The four front bedrooms get a lot of noise during the day and evening. It is most noticeable from about 5am. Bearing in mind we were there at a busy time of the year.
Lovely Airbnb. We are happy to recommend.

Enjoyable stay, house was as described. House management very responsive. Neighbours are noise sensitive even before the “curfew” of 10pm which limits the use of the outdoor spaces in the evening in the warmer months. We were advised a/c was out before we arrived; it was fixed at earliest convenience mid stay. Overall a good vacay.

Kaylani 2 made for the perfect house for our group. It was our first time in Byron Bay so being a 5 min walk to the beach, and a 10 min walk from town was very convenient.
I have to say the overall feedback from the group, was that the pictures didn’t do this property justice. The kitchen amenities were perfect, the bbq came with more than enough gas.
The listing had said there was no washing machine or towels, which we were prepared for but was pleasantly surprised when we seen they were there.
The only real downfall was that the a/c fans in two of the rooms weren’t working the entire time during our stay, the host did have engineers come out to rectify the situation however they were unable to fix the issue. Having said that, on departure they were installing a whole new system, so I do believe they were doing all they could to fix the issue.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay,
We thought it was great value and would love to return. Thanks.

We thought the house itself was lovely, and with five bedrooms suited our group perfectly. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. However, the house was on the main road and there was quite a bit of traffic noise for the bedrooms facing the road. The air conditioning (and instructions) were not great. More often than not, the house was too warm. However, when we called to ask about this, a person came promptly to check it out and left a fan for the hottest room. An enjoyable stay overall.

We can't wait to stay again! It was a perfect walk to the shops and beach. The house was so much bigger then what we thought.
So comfortable for a family. I highly recommend it and will be back again

Kaylani 2 Beach House at Byron was Fabulous ! The house was even better in reality than the photos indicate. We walked in and went "Wow!". Spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Highly recommend it for large family or friend groups.

Lovely place! Very clean & comfortable beds. Place has towels for the pool too which was very convenient. Close walk to the beach (3mins) and shops (10 mins). Kitchen and outdoor BBQ were perfect for our group. Plenty of space indoors & good collection of books and games for kids.
If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs for upstairs as bedrooms can be noisy from traffic coming into Byron Bay in the early morning. But apart from that - the stay was amazing.
