Great place to stay just outside of town, easy walk to everything, including the beach which was 2 mins walk away. Lots of room for a group and well equipped.

KoKos 4 is a great house for a family holiday - easy to walk to the beach and shops, cafes and restaurants as well as other activities such as yoga, massage, & pilates.

We loved our stay at Kokos, they were extremely accommodating with an earlier check in and later check out, the house had everything we needed and was beyond stunning. We would definitely stay again!

This place was easily accessible with the instructions provided to us. We booked this place about an hour before we checked-in, due to which the cleaner had arrived a few minutes after us and had to clean while we were on the property.
The property is located within walkable distance to main beach and local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and this place definitely made our trip better. The pool was well maintained and the outdoor sitting is quite spacious as well.

We love the location as it’s private and peaceful. We can walk to the main beach and the dog beach which close by as well. The house is beautiful and big enough for a family. The only thing that might need to be improved is the cleaning as we can see dust and dirty in the bedroom including drawers and windows. We will definitely visit here again. Thank you for having us. Highly recommended for family and dog friendly too.

Great for a weekend away!

We had a great stay in number 4 beach house. The house itself is beautifully presented and has most of all amenities needed for a short stay. Our host was great and solved a small issue we had promtly which was no fault of anyone. I had family visiting from scotland and they also had a great stay and would happily return for a future visit. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Highly recommended! The location is perfect, it’s so close to everything we really didn’t need to use our car to get where we wanted in town or to the beach. The place itself was awesome and we will definitely be back! Great for a big group. There were four of us with a toddler and we could have easily had another couple stay.

Very spacious accommodation even bigger than the pics suggests. Right near the beach, has everything you need and is only a 10 min walk to town. Would definitely book again

Beautiful house and perfect location. The house is a quick walk from the beach and the town centre. Beds were very comfortable.
Was disappointed to find that the pool was not heated though as per the advertisement. Initially thought that the pool heater wasn’t working so a message was sent to Koko’s. They responded about 24 hours later stating that the pool isn’t heated. I’m still confused as to why in all their advertisements and house instructions it stated that the pool is heated though.
Other than that, it was a great stay.
