We stayed in Byron for a wedding and this house was perfect for a group of friends/couples. There was plenty of comfortable furniture and space around the house to relax. The weather was super wet while we visited so we spent a lot of time inside together which was great in such a beautiful house. All communication was seamless, friendly and super fast to get back to me on any enquires. I highly recommend!

Great house in a stellar location wit easy walk to town and even closer to tbe beach. Beautifully styled inside and out with loads of space, including heated pool. Perfect for our girls weekend. We had some noisy neighbours up late and surrounding renos which made sleep ins a bit tricky but otherwise a perfect stay!

Fantastic weekend away. The house was great and the kids loved the pool. Only thing we could falter was trying to work out how the oven worked, however with such great restaurants a short walk away was not an issue. Thanks for the great Easter weekend getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Cavvanbah Lane. The house was very spacious, well located and had great amenities. The pool was a hit with the kids (nice and warm) and they spent hours in it when we weren’t at the beach. The house is situated on a quiet lane way so the kids could ride their bikes, skateboards and scooters. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other families and groups!

The house exceeded our expectations! It is large, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the large outdoor area and pool. Communication with the hosts was outstanding - prompt and helpful.With it's perfect location from the beach and an easy 10 min walk into town we will be back!

Loved our stay. We were a group of 8 women celebrating our 50ths, and the house worked absolutely perfectly for us. It was in a quiet, pretty street just 1 block from the beach. Easily walkable into town. The room setups were flexible and worked really well. The house was well equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive. The only suggestion I'd make is that it would have been helpful to have a binder of information with things like WIFI code rather than having to message to ask for that kind of thing, but it's hardly a big deal since they always responded instantly.Highly recommend!

Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding we were placed in another house in a different location not too far from the original place. The host's representative, Casey, made the arrangements for our shift and her assistance was much appreciated.The substitute property was in a quiet location facing bush and within an easy walk of Byron Bay township. The house was well fitted out with everything we needed as well as being roomy, clean, comfortable and quite private which worked very well for our family group.

7 of us stayed here on a mum’s trip for 5 nights. The house was exactly as described and had enough space for us all the spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other all the day. The location to the centre of Byron was fabulous and we walked in most days. We had hired a car so it was great to be able to lock it up in the garage and not have to worry about finding parking etc. Our early check in was also easy to arrange!
Only one negative is that we all agreed it would have been great to have more information provided, in regards to the use of the sound system, air con system and the use of the coffee machine. A welcome pack would be a great addition to the experience.
Overall a lovely place, although it wasn’t the warmest time of year in Byron, we used the heated pool which was a great experience!

Beautiful home, bigger and nicer than what the pictures show which was a pleasant surprise.
Nice spread out home so you don’t feel like you’re in each other’s pockets as we were a big group. Often walked into town and the house is on a quiet lane.
Great that the Airbnb allows dogs, however the home isn’t properly secured off (the house is on a stilt-foundations with gaps so able to get under the house and through gaps in the fence).

Excellent place in Byron for groups or friends/fam travelling together. Spacious lounge & dining, and outdoor area easily accommodates big groups. Nicely decorated spaces and well-appointed kitchen. It doesn't get a lot of sunlight which might be better in summer. We had internet issues which apparently was a Telstra problem, but it was problematic as we were there as a working group but not much can be done! Garage fits two cars which is handy, and we squeezed a third in the driveway on an angle as no parking in the lane. It's a fantastic location, easy walking distance to town and right near the beach. Great stay, thanks again.

The house has the wow factor , great decor, very nice open plan living area. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen .

Enjoyed our stay, such a lovely house in a great location which made us really enjoy our time in Byron Bay!!

Our stay was magical. The home was gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed, a short walk for beach swims and of course cooling off in the pool. Hosts were so amazing to communicate with and made the home available at short notice and yet everything was immaculate. Absolutely recommend!
