Really professional air bnb. Place was spotless, less appointed and comfortable. Host was responsive, helpful and the rules were commonsense - treat the place as your own. The location was really convenient. Would go back, highly recommend.

Fantastic place! spacious, could easily fit 2 families in, with two main rooms and ensuites, another separate bathroom and rooms upstairs. Open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. location is great. easily walkable to all Byron has to offer, however far enough away to be quiet. The outdoor area was great for breakfast in the morning sun, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. look forward to staying again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Fat Frogs. The house was comfortable, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, including the multiple bathrooms, living zones and easy to use amenities, so perfect for our extended family and little dog. Being super close to central Byron’s shops and restaurants, also the beach… we hardly used the car at all... and cooling off in our private heated pool was a treat. Thanks Beach Houses of Byron for our relaxing and fun-filled holiday!

We had an amazing stay here at Fat frogs. The host was very responsive and the place was in great condition. Perfect location, walking distance from the beach and town.

My family and extended family had a fabulous stay - the location was brilliant - the house had all the amenities we needed and it was very clean. It was a fabulous layout for my family members. I really felt that we could have given 5 stars if the pool had not been in such disrepair especially considering we used the pool a lot as the temperatures were so high!The paint was peeling off, tiles were missing. It looked pretty dreadful when we first turned up.

We had a 5 night stay at Fat Frogs unit 1 and had a great time. Our party numbered 6 plus 2 small dogs and the house easily accommodated all of us. The location is excellent and removes the need to drive anywhere in Byron and surrounding area. The house was presented as advertised and is spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas and small private pool in which to chill off as we experienced 35 degree heat for most of the trip. There is no traffic noise from the main road into Byron and although there are 5 units at Fat Frogs there was no noise transfer between houses at all. The main beach was 10 minutes away as was the centre of Byron with the huge number of bars and restaurants, Woolworth and Aldi walkable easily.Would definitely recommend the property and will look to return next year

Great place with a good size kitchen and outside area.Wifi was the only issue that was down.Pool was very nice to swim in.Communication was also very quick with response to any questions.We will stay again for sure.
